Holidays Are Here ~ Pinterest Favorites!

Happy Holidays everyone! Today I'm posting over on my collaborative blog The Primary Pack! In case you don't follow us, [I forgive you] here's my post!
Click on the pictures to see the pins. It'll bring to you to my new Holidays are Here board where I've gathered all my favorite holiday pins in one place for easy repinning!

I love hot chocolate!! It is my go-to drink during the chilly Florida winter days (yes, there was some sarcasm there!) This is such a cute idea for student gifts or to make at home with your own kids during the break!

So I obviously have a thing for mason jars! These are such a cute and simple way to decorate for the holidays!

I keep all of the holiday cards we receive on our mantle, but I love this idea of putting them on your kitchen cabinets! So simple!!

This is a brilliant idea!! Put all of the holiday cards together in a little book and save them each year.

I know most of us are already on winter break, but my Holidays Print and Go pack really saved me the last couple weeks before break!! No prep printables that I could hand off to my students for some independent work time or homework. (I'm currently working on a winter-themed print and go pack!)

Make sure you visit my Holidays are Here board for more fun ideas and follow me while you're there!!
I'd love to see some of your favorite holiday pins! Leave it in the comments so I can repin to my board and we can get some new holiday time ideas!

Yes I know, something is missing here...
all the yummy holiday foods!
Well, make sure you head over to The Primary Pack on Monday for my good friend and fellow Pack lady, Kelly from Sweet Sounds of Kindergarten. She'll be posting all her favorite holiday food and recipe pins!

Unwrap a Gift!

10 days left!!!
If you're anything like me, then you are counting down the days until winter break and using as many print and go pages as possible! Now, now, I don't want you all to think I'm a lazy teacher because I've been working hard on getting assessments done! Next I'll be working on parent gifts, and these kiddos just need independent practice to do! And that is why we create and use print and go pages!! (So you see, we're not lazy...we're the smartest teachers ever!!)

It's been a long process, but I finally finished my Holiday Print and Go pack! It's full of reading, writing, and math printables that your students can work on for morning work, homework, extra practice, independent work, you name it!

A brought in a few pages to do a test run, and I had students asking for more... yay! Little do they know, they are going to see a lot more of these pages during the next couple weeks!

CVC Spelling
I know, I know he wrote spider! Definitely not a CVC word. However... he spelled the word spider correctly so I'm just not going to complain!
There is an answer key for this page included in the full pack so students can self check their answers.

December Currently!

Well, I thought about the Currently on the 30th... and then it didn't even cross my mind until I was getting into bed the night of the 1st! The first day back to school after Thanksgiving break just wiped me out, but it's only the 2nd so I'm not too late!

Happy to be linking up again with Farley!

Listening: I love Wheel of Fortune! It's my dream to be on this show one day!!

Loving: I think I've used this one before, but I seriously adore my supportive husband. Today was a rough day with one of my students and the moment I come home and he sees the look on my face, he just wraps me in a hug and holds me tight. Makes everything better!!

Thinking: Thanksgiving break just messed me up! Not that I'm complaining about having a full week off.... but my sleep schedule is so out of whack now! I MUST go to bed at a "decent" time tonight!!!

Wanting: Wouldn't it be awesome if dinner just made itself?? You're probably asking 'What about that amazing supportive husband you just talked about?' Well... he had to leave for the evening so if I want to eat, I better get in the kitchen! (As I sit here doing the Currently instead...)

Needing: It was cool for about a day down here in Tampa-land. I'm not a big fan of cold weather, but 60's would be nice! It would at least make it feel like winter is almost here!
